I hate to be that guy who can't keep quiet with the comments, but when I was a young Hapkido student, I had the splits on both sides and nearly "middle" splits. I used this exercise a lot to loosen up. Thank you! It must be a sign that I should start again! Love, Chappy

Ive always had problems getting my butt to my heels to sit down in my base. If there are good exercises for this I'd love to learn them.
