Hello! Would it be possible to do a blog post or video about a full exercise/empowerment/mobility routine? When I exercise I usually start with breathing exercises, then cardio, upper body (weights or body weight), legs (weights or body weight), core, neck, and finish with stretching. Wondering if that's in line with a routine you might do a few times a week. Also wondering if you do any weights or primarily body weight? Many thanks!
