I'd like to focus on one line from this video of yours. "I have to access mind, body, and spirit...."

This is a deep theological saying. Ludwig Wittgenstein said, "The best picture of the soul is the body." I think these two things are connected. I would add, that the best picture of the spirit is the community. We speak of the "spirit of an age" or the spirit of a warrior. But we could easily speak of the "spirit of the pacifist." Are the spirits of the pacifist and the warrior opposite spirits?

I think not. You might speak of them being opposite sides of a coin--but it's the same coin; the coin of the gentle life.
